This program is for the full time colleg student athlete that wants to stay college baseball ready for the
upcoming season. Build your body through Texas Reds Post Grad baseball specific Strength & Conditioning,
collegiate instruction, offensive/defensive reps, team practices, inner squads. Stay baseball ready as you work to
get back into baseball shapementally and physically striving to achieve your personal goals. Get quality
instruction as you work to tweak out areas of development offensively and defensively.Included: 18 Week Fall,
and 18 Week Spring Strength & Conditioning - Speed & Agility Program, indoor hitting, pitching, fielding facility
